Grieviance Resolution Process
Follow these simple steps to submit and track your grievance through the Ministry of Health's Grievance Redressing Service.

You can choose to submit anonymously using the below form or You can choose to submit anonymously using the below form or for real-time tracking your grievance.
Submit Your Grievance
Select the grievance category (e.g., Gender-Based Violence, Labour, Health Service, Infrastructure), describe your concern, and attach any relevant files or evidence.
Review & Investigation
A designated committee will review your grievance based on the selected category and carry out an investigation while keeping your identity confidential.
Resolution & Feedback
The committee will propose and implement a resolution. If registered, you can track the status and receive updates through your account.
